About The Author
Warren Wright
Warren Wright is Founder and CEO of Second Wave Learning, a training and talent development firm that helps companies attract and retain Second-Wave Millennials. Their signature program, Slay the Job®, teaches soft skills, emotional intelligence, and generational collaboration in order to create more intention and awareness among all employees. He keynotes frequently at conferences, corporate events and companies about the impact of generations in the workplace and society at large. Warren is a First-Wave GenXer, and has worked as a salesperson, manager, and executive in radio and TV, survey research, strategic consulting, and leadership development, as well as several start-ups. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, and has two First-Wave Millennials.
